Admissions Fees

Note: Effective 1st July 2025, a 6% Service Tax will be imposed on private education service fees exceeding RM60,000 per academic year.

APPLICATION FEES
Application forms will only be processed if they are accompanied by the Application Fees.
The Application Fees is a one-time fee. It is non-transferable.
ACCEPTANCE FEE
An Acceptance Fee is paid on acceptance of an offer of a place at Concord College International School.
The return of the Confirmation of Acceptance Letter and payment of the Acceptance Fee confirm the applicant’s place in the school. The Acceptance Fee is a part of tuition fees, and it is a one-time fee. It is non-transferable.
INTERNATIONAL ADMINISTRATION FEE
The International Administration Fee is payable for students who require an International Student Pass to study at Concord College International School. The International Administration Fee is not transferable and is non-refundable. This fee must be paid before the school will proceed with the student visa application for a child. The International Administration covers the cost of processing an application with the Malaysian Ministry of Education and a student pass application with the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A Refundable Deposit of RM5,000 (Day Students) or RM7,500 (Boarding Students) is payable at the start of the first term upon joining the school. This fee is refundable if a full-term notice of withdrawal is given. For instance, if a student wishes to leave at the end of Term 3 of 2025/2026, he/she must have submitted a notice of withdrawal before or on the last day of Term 2 of 2025/2026.
TUITION FEES AND BOARDING FEES
Tuition and Boarding Fees are payable by all applicants at the start of each term. There will be 3 (three) terms per academic year.
